1. When do we fly?

We fly all year round, while every season has its unmistakable charm:

• Summer season (May – October): We fly in the surroundings of the Tatras or over a location chosen by you. We adapt the flight time to the ambient temperature and air flow so that the flight is safe and as pleasant as possible.
• Winter season (December – March): The winter period is ideal for a hot air balloon flight over the Tatras, the so-called expedition flight. Ideal visibility and views of snowy peaks, which are most beautiful at this time, await you.

2. How long will we fly and how high will we go?

The flight duration and take-off height depend on the chosen flight. A standard balloon flight in the summer months lasts approximately 1 hour, while winter expeditions take longer and last at least 90 minutes.

The maximum flight altitude depends on the chosen route and current weather conditions. Our hot air balloons can take you up to a height of 3,000 – 3,500 m a.s.l., from where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the whole area below you.

3. What to bring on board?

In summer, choose comfortable sports clothing and pack a sweatshirt too – it can be useful at higher altitudes.

As for the winter months, you do not have to worry about extreme cold – the burner in the basket will warm you pleasantly. However, a quality jacket, a hat, and gloves are necessary for your comfort.

Do not forget: Sunglasses and mainly a camera with fully charged batteries. You will want to capture every moment!
